AMRC ChairChair: Professor Nina Reynolds, University of Southampton.

The AMRC’s  goal is to enhance the quality and standing of research in marketing through facilitating members' research activities


Its major activities include:
  • Heightening the awareness of the contribution of research in marketing
  • Lobbying to influence funding and other bodies
  • Development of the research in marketing infrastructure through inter alia workshops, seminars and training programmes
  • Establishing and contributing to international research networks
  • Assisting in the dissemination of the results of research in marketing
  • Funding new initiatives in research in marketing
