A successful e-marketing strategy is considered to be a critical success factor for organisations and entrepreneurs working in any sector of the economy. The primary function of the SIG is to monitor and develop e-marketing activities and ideas. By bringing together academics and practitioners, the SIG provides an interactive forum for the discussion and progression of e-marketing theory and practice.
